in your heels, and other times you will go
along so willingly.

Remember, absolutely nothing is by chance,

through the illusion of the physical and
perceive the reality of a Divine Plan of the
utmost perfection unfolding in your lives
each day.

You can only go forward in actuality. 
Sometimes it may seem that you move
backwards, or that you move  not at all,
but accept that you always move on
towards your ultimate good
