Detachment
Emotions are
reactions to stimuli, and are
part of our necessary psychological
make-up. They are the colours in our paint box.
We use this paint box to paint our
personal masterpiece - our physical life.
It is how we deal with the emotions
that moves us ahead
or puts us back apace.
In transcending earthly emotions by
detachment, we create a vacuum through
which to
channel Divine Love -
Transcending earthly emotions,
and dealing only in love and compassion
is what will elevate the consciousness
and bring that soul nearer
enlightened awareness.
It is a high aspiration, as the very nature
of emotion is such that, seeing the clear
path
through the fog created, requires
constant focus and dedication.
Sexual and earthly love, though of a
higher
vibration, are still part of the
earthly emotions
in that there is almost
always
an element of personal desire,
an element of "self" fulfillment......
Divine Love is
unconditional,
it is the Divine Creative Force
The Source of All that Is...
Don't
desire something so intensely that you are driving it away - it eludes you.
Remember -
Squeeze a
fist full of water
and you lose it - Allow the water to flow
through your fingers and you have
a constant supply
Let go - What is yours will come to you.
