The words and guidance in these pages are responses to my cries for help when facing challenges in my own life.  I have always been comforted or inspired by this guidance and so I seek to share with others who may be likewise helped or comforted.

In no way do I suggest that I have a handle on life, or that I am any further along the path than those who choose to read and hopefully enjoy these pages.  I don't always follow the guidance given so patiently.  Knowing something and actually living it in everyday life is hard isn't it, but we can try.

My artwork is whatever I'm inspired to paint.  I paint in oils mostly, though for the spirit-art I use pastels. I do so enjoy working with my art as computer graphics and so evolved them into a sort of animation, which seems to add to the realism, particularly fairies and angels.

My main focus in life is growth.  Spiritual and personal.  Though I fall and falter often - even daily along the way.  Sometimes I skirt around the edge of that deep dark hole, trying to avoid the slithering downwards.  Sometimes I do get caught in that downward spiral of negativity and depression,  though always there is help when the "Greater Self" and the connection to the "Source of All" is sought and acknowledged.

I hope you enjoy whatever you may find within these pages, and that you will find a measure of comfort or guidance.
